For med spas in the United States. Only med spas.

She doesn’t know what a Secret RF is. She knows what bothers her.

Your treatment menu is named after the equipment you bought. She is searching for the lines around her mouth. Every click that makes her translate between the two is a click where she leaves — and closing that one gap books more treatments than a redesign ever will.

We rebuild med spa websites around that gap, then point local search and ads at it.

Open your own treatment menu while we talk. You will see it in about ten seconds.

Correct. Also useless to her.

Nine symptoms. One cause.

Every one of these is a decision that was convenient for the people who work at your spa, and inconvenient for the person deciding whether to book. They look like nine separate problems. They are one problem, nine times.

  1. 01

The menu is organised by machine, so she has to work out which one is hers before she can do anything.

  2. 02

Prices are missing, because publishing them is uncomfortable for you. She reads that as evasion.

  3. 03

Booking is a contact form that lands in an inbox, which suits your workflow and not her Tuesday night.

  4. 04

Your medical director and licences sit in an About tab, because you already know you are legitimate.

  5. 05

Memberships are three clicks deep. You know they exist, so it does not occur to you that she doesn't.

  6. 06

The Google services list is empty, because you know what you offer and nobody thought Google needed telling.

  7. 07

Ads point at your home page, so she lands somewhere that does not answer the question she just asked.

  8. 08

Reviews get requested when someone remembers, which means your profile understates how good you actually are.

  9. 09

Your front desk spends the day quoting prices — every one of those calls is a page that failed.

None of this is a reflection on your clinical work. It is what happens when a website is built by the people who already know the answers.

The fix is an inversion, not a redesign

You do not need a prettier site. You need the same information arranged from her end rather than yours. Four moves, in this order.

  1. Start from the concern

Fine lines. Pigmentation. Acne scarring. Volume loss. She picks the problem in her own words; the site maps it to the right treatment. The machines move underneath, where they become evidence instead of a riddle.

  2. Put the price on the page

Published “from” pricing on every service. It does not attract bargain hunters — it removes the single largest reason a good-fit patient never enquires, and it takes the quoting off your front desk.

  3. Move the proof to where she looks

Unretouched before-and-afters labelled with the exact treatment and quantity. Medical director, licensing and review count on the page itself, not filed under About.

  4. Point everything at the concern pages

Ads and local search stop feeding your home page and start feeding the page that answers the exact question she typed. This alone usually moves cost per booked consultation further than changing the ads.

Proof

We did exactly this in Wimberley, Texas

A medically directed med spa open since 2016, 4.8 from 89 Google reviews, Best of Wimberley ten years running. Their site now opens with a question — what would you like to improve? — instead of an equipment list. Every treatment carries a price. The before-and-afters say one syringe of Restylane Kysse, not “filler.”

  • 6Concerns, not devices, as the front door
  • 9Treatment categories, every one priced
  • 7Membership tiers brought to the surface
  • 4.8Rating, now on the page not the About tab

The offer

The 90-Day Med Spa Booked-Out Build

One engagement that does the inversion and then feeds it. We do not sell these pieces separately, because separately they do not work — an inverted site pointed at a neglected Google profile is just a better-organised way to stay quiet.

We tell med spas to publish their prices, so here are ours. Every line is what that piece costs on its own. You are not being quoted a mystery number after a discovery call.

Phase one — the build, once

  1. The Concern-First Website Rebuild

The inversion itself. Concern pages written and built, every treatment priced, credentials surfaced, before-and-afters labelled properly. The conversion work — form length, call tracking, deposits on high-value slots, the reminder sequence — is part of the build, not a line item we sell you later.

    from $2,000

  2. Local Search Onboarding

Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field, every service listed and priced, categories set deliberately, citations corrected, and your concern-and-city pages built out.

    $1,500

  3. Ad Account Build & Launch

Meta and Google built from scratch, tracking wired up, creative produced, compliance cleared, and every campaign pointed at a concern page rather than your home page.

    $1,000

Phase two — the ongoing work

  1. Site care

Hosting, backups, security patching, speed kept where we left it, and your content changes made — send an email, it is done.

    $150/mo

  2. Local SEO & content

New concern pages as the menu grows, ranking work on treatment and city terms, weekly Google posts, review engine monitored, map position tracked rather than assumed.

    from $500/mo

  3. Ad management

Creative refreshed before it fatigues, budget moved toward the treatments actually booking, and one page a month explained by a person on a call. We take a percentage, so we only earn more when you spend more — and we only say spend more when it is working.

    10%of ad spend

Bespoke builds — custom booking integrations, multi-location, anything outside the standard architecture — are quoted separately and only taken on where it genuinely changes the outcome.

The Empty Chair Guarantee

[If you do not have [00] booked consultations ninety days after launch, we keep working at no charge until you do. No new invoices, no renegotiation, no quiet disengagement.]

And you do not pay the second month until your first booked consultation comes through the new site. If it never arrives, you never get that invoice.

Conditions, because a guarantee without them is a trap for both of us: you publish your pricing, approve creative within 48 hours, hold the agreed minimum ad budget, and your team answers the phone during stated hours.

Set the number before this page goes live. Pick one you would honour on your worst month, not your best.

One med spa per metro

We cannot run ads for two spas competing on the same keywords in the same radius without one of them losing. So we do not. When your territory is taken, it is taken — including from the competitor you have in mind.

Two builds a month

A capacity limit, not a sales tactic. Builds start on the 1st and the 15th. If both slots are gone, the next start date is the one after.

Check if your metro is open

Fifteen minutes. We tell you on the call, not after a proposal.

Twenty-one days, and about ninety minutes of your time

Anyone can promise a bigger result — promises are free, which is exactly why they are worth so little. The harder half is making it quick and nearly effortless for you. That is where we spend our time.

How long you wait

21 days to launch

Your Google Business Profile is fixed in week one, so the map starts moving before the site is finished. Ads produce booked consults in the first weeks.

What it costs you in effort

Three calls, start to finish

One kickoff, one to approve pricing and photography, one to sign off the build. We write the copy, produce the creative, configure the booking, handle compliance.

What you are not asked to do

No content homework

You are not sent a spreadsheet to fill in. We take your existing menu, your existing photographs and your existing reviews and do the rearranging ourselves.

What you keep

All of it, from day one

Domain, hosting, files, ad accounts, Google profile — in your name from the start. Leaving costs you nothing but the decision.

Who this is for

We would rather lose the call than take the wrong client — a guarantee like ours only works if we are honest about who it works for.

A good fit

  • An established med spa with a treatment history and real reviews
  • Injectables, laser or RF on the menu — something with margin in it
  • An owner who can decide without a committee
  • Willing to publish pricing and real before-and-afters
  • Has the ad budget to actually feed the engine we build

Not a fit

  • Pre-launch, with no treatments performed and no reviews yet
  • Shopping on price alone, or looking for a cheap one-page site
  • Wants a redesign but intends to keep running ads elsewhere
  • Unwilling to publish pricing — the inversion does not work without it
  • Anything that is not a med spa. We take no other industries, ever

The questions we get on the first call

Our patients should understand the technology. We paid a lot for it.

Both true, and neither is an argument for putting the machines first. We are not hiding the technology, we are sequencing it. She learns the device name on the concern page, in a context where it finally means something — and arrives at her consultation already knowing which treatment she is likely getting and roughly what it costs. Your injector spends the appointment treating instead of explaining.

We already have a website. Does it have to be replaced?

Not always. If the bones are sound we restructure rather than rebuild — the order of the pages, the pricing, the booking path. You will know which it is on the call, because we look at the site with you rather than guess.

Won’t publishing prices attract bargain hunters?

It filters them, which is the opposite. The price-sensitive patient was always going to find out — the only question is whether she finds out on your website or twenty minutes into a consultation slot. Expect total enquiries to dip slightly and booked treatments to rise. Measure booked revenue, not call volume, or you will misread it.

Why is there a setup fee at all?

Because the build is where the result comes from. Agencies that charge nothing up front make it back by locking you into a long contract and doing as little as possible inside it. We would rather charge for the work, keep the monthly low, and let you leave whenever you like.

Why take a percentage of ad spend?

It keeps us honest in both directions. We only earn more when you spend more, and we will only tell you to spend more when the booked consults justify it. A flat fee pays us the same whether your ads work or not — exactly the wrong incentive to hand the person running them.

What if the competitor down the road hires you?

They cannot, once you have signed. One med spa per metro, held for as long as you are a client. It is also why we can only take two builds a month — territories are finite and we do not resell them.

We have been burned by an agency before.

Almost everyone we speak to has. That is what the guarantee and the delayed second payment are for — we carry the risk into month two rather than asking you to. You also own everything from day one, so leaving costs you nothing but the decision.

Who actually does the work, and where are you based?

[Your name] — the person on the call is the person who builds it. [Name anyone else who touches the account. Then state plainly where you are, which hours you hold for US clients, and how fast you reply. A straight answer reassures; letting them wonder does not.]

Bring your treatment menu to the call

Fifteen minutes. We open your site and your Google Business Profile live, show you the gap between what she types and what your menu says, and tell you the three things we would change first. You keep that list whether you hire us or not.
